Refund Policy

Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing. Registrations can be transferred to another CREDA member of your organization. If a registration is transferred from a CREDA Member to another CREDA Member, the CREDA fee will apply. If a registration is transferred from a CREDA Member to a nonmember, the nonmember fee will apply. We cannot apply your registration fees to another CREDA event.
